Winter Restorative

Join us this winter for a restorative yoga series to relax and rest. Restorative yoga is a practice that creates a sense of ease and calm, and it involves practicing just a few poses in each class. Designed to encourage physical, mental, and emotional calming. Each class will include a gentle warm-up to prepare for the restorative poses.
