An Eight Week Series beginning Sunday, January 20, 5-7p
then on Sundays, 5-7: 1/27, 2/10 (6-8p Round Table Discussion with Ayurvedic Meal), 2/17, 2/24, 3/3, 3/17, ending March 24.
The Sage Woman Series will meet the unique challenges of women transitioning from the Mother stage to the Master stage of life. Participants will learn to implement specific tools drawn from the ancient traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda. These tools will help navigation of the varied, body/mind/spirit challenges of this grand transition of a woman’s life to cultivate wellness, empowerment, and creativity.
Cost: $300 for 8 weeks, 16 hours
