“Slow Flow: Building Strength & Openness” with Jody Bernston

Explore the many benefits of the poses of yoga, especially slowing down and moving with awareness. Note the physical and mental benefits that accrue with a consistent yoga practice…strength and openness. The class is appropriate for all levels of experience.

“Blooming Into Strength” with Laurie Dunston

Join us for this 5-week series to ground down and rise into this season of light. Tap` into our inner strength and well-being. Optional 1 & 2-pound hand weights will be offered in some poses. Class is appropriate for all levels of experience.

Five-week course: Tuesdays, May 14 to June 11; 6:30 to 7:45p; $75

In addition to these 5-week courses, we have Passes Available for Drop-In Classes which are offered seven days a week at 10a.

Two Week Drop-in Pass for New Students, 14 classes max — $50.

New price for One Year Drop in Pass — starting June 1, 2024

One Year passes $1400 (12 months or 156 classes – whichever limit you hit first. That’s under $9/class if you come an average of 3 times per week. (Payment options are available.)

Drop-in Studio Passes — no time limit, 10% Senior (over 65), Student, or Family Discounts available —

  • One class – $18;
  • Five classes — $75 ($15/class);
  • Ten classes — $130 ($13/class);
  • 20 classes — $220 ($11/class).

Virtual Online Classes — One virtual class- $12; Ten virtual classes – $100.

Join Warner Blake for a five-week Course. Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for self-defense and health. Known for its slow, intentional movements, Tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.

Beginning Yoga with Elizabeth Gray

A five-week course on Thursday evenings, beginning September 7th at 6:30p.

Join Elizabeth Gray for this popular series of five classes for those who want to learn and/or review basic yoga poses, breath awareness, mental focus, and stress reduction in a course of study that builds greater knowledge of yoga over five weeks. This is a class that is often repeated for review and exploring nuance and a greater understanding of this rich practice.
