Moving into the Heart, 5 weeks, Tuesdays, May 30- June 27, 6:30 to 7:45 p. –$75
Join Laurie Dunston for this heart-centered Course that offers gentle movement, one or two restorative poses, and meditation that connects us to our center, our heart. We will lengthen and open our front bodies, strengthen our backs, and rest in the heart. Eight people are required to hold the Course. No refunds are allowed unless the Course is canceled. Drop Ins are allowed at $15 each time.
