Push hands is an important component of Tai Chi Chuan 24 Forms that is offered as a drop-in class, Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 6:30a. It is through push hands training that one can truly develop the taiji energies. A familiarity with the 24 Forms is recommended, but not required. Beginner or advanced, this is a rare opportunity to work with a master teacher of Taoist Studies in Snohomish.
