Laurie enjoys sharing yoga and its adaptations for the benefit of each unique body so each person may experience the greatest benefit from their practice. Yoga connects the body and the breath in a dance of movement. A dance that is beneficial for the body, mind, and spirit. She studied with Whole Life Yoga receiving her 200-hour certification in 2017 and has continued her studies with their 500-hour certification that began spring of 2019. In addition, Laurie has completed 80 hours of anatomy training for yoga teachers with Experiential Anatomy.
