Practicing Peace
A Five Week Course starting Tuesday, October 22nd, 6:30 p. with Laurie Dunston
Join Laurie for a five-week journey of practicing peace – in the now. A guided practice of movement, breath, and meditation to remember how peace feels within. Focusing on the feeling while our yoga mats to better bring the feeling out into our daily lives.
Dates: October 29th, November 5th, 12th, 19th, 26thf from 6:30 to 7:45 pm
